About 3D Anger Management
3D Anger Management (3D)
A Beacon of Emotional Mastery and Interpersonal Growth. At 3D, our mission transcends mere anger management; we are dedicated to molding the future by empowering our youth and young adults with the tools necessary for emotional regulation and mastery. Our approach, encapsulated in our mantra “Devoted Determine Dedicated”. 3D is designed to nurture and enhance the emotional intelligence of our younger generation, thereby enriching their interpersonal, social, and professional relationships.
3D stands as a pioneer in fostering emotional well-being and resilience among the younger populace. We meticulously craft environments conducive to learning and growth, reaching out to communities to establish venues that welcome specific age groups. Our sessions are more than just meetings; they are vibrant, engaging, and positive social learning experiences aimed at forging strong, empathetic connections with our participants. This foundation paves the way for our innovative online live video sessions, ensuring continuous engagement and support.
Understanding that the youth embody the promise of our future, 3D is committed to instilling in them the wisdom to act proactively rather than reactively. Our curriculum is rich with strategies for effective anger management, including the development of communication skills, and the practice of mindfulness. These tools empower young individuals to recognize emotional triggers, articulate their feelings constructively, and cultivate resilience.
By promoting self-awareness and offering mechanisms for coping, 3D champions the transformation of young lives. Our dedication is threefold: we are devoted to the cause, determined to make a lasting impact, and dedicated to guiding our youth towards a path of emotional intelligence and interpersonal success. Through 3D, we don’t just manage anger; we inspire a generation to embrace emotional well-being as a cornerstone of personal and communal prosperity.
About Me
Greetings, my name is Darnel Davison, and I am the founder of 3D Anger Management. I appreciate you taking the time to learn about my journey.
Born and raised in Los Angeles County. I grew up in the San Fernando and Antelope Valleys. My upbringing was shaped by a loving mother, three incredible older sisters and my stepfather. My biological father passed away when I was just a year old. I was one of those kids that had what was needed and a couple of things wanted. Surrounded by good family, schoolmates, friends and mostly good people. Even though I had support. I’ve realized that I was still lost within myself but grateful, I understand why now.
Professionally, I’ve built a career in the low-voltage industry, gaining diverse experience along the way. From wiring the Sepulveda VA Hospital phone and network systems, installing home alarms and surveillance systems for PSI Alarms, teaching satellite and cable TV installation with customer service at RWM Fiber Optic and overseeing 3 supervisor with 50 technicians for home and business cable installation for Turn Around Communications. However, my true calling emerged in 2011, when I was asked to help assist in an anger management class. Initially hesitant, I spent eight years helping others understand themselves while deepening my own self-awareness.
Through my experiences, I’ve come to recognize the power of emotional intelligence. In 2023, reflecting revealed profound lessons, moments of joy, humility, forgiveness, and gratitude. These realizations solidified my commitment to a life of service, to our youth and young adults.
As a certified anger management facilitator, court-approved in California and Texas and a monitor for supervise visitation. I lead 3D Anger Management with a mission to empower individuals through education and self-awareness. We read, discuss, watch videos and discuss again. Our diverse certificated anger management staff offers in-person and group sessions, one-on-one zoom sessions, and live online workshops to reach youth nationwide.
Statistics for our youth’s mental health is alarming.
- Hospitalizations have risen 120% from 2016 to 2022
- 50% of lifetime mental illnesses begin around age 14.
- 42% of teens report persistent feelings of sadness or hopelessness.
- 31.8% of teens experience anxiety.
- 20% of teens will face a depressive episode by age 17.
- 22% of teens have seriously considered suicide, with 14% of LGBTQ youth attempting suicide.
These numbers paint a stark picture, but at 3D Anger Management, we believe in creating solutions. We focus on helping youth and families from all backgrounds, offering free services to homeless youth and low-income families, while also supporting middle and upper-class families. Our goal is to reach all 25.8 million teenagers in the U.S. because mental health resources should never be out of reach.
One love,
Darnel Davison
